Our menu is set by the seasons and we’ve met the most wonderful Texas growers, farmers and producers in this process of pie.  Our spring/summer menus are  full of Texas blueberries, cherries, blackberries, fresh locally grown peaches, honey, homegrown tomatoes & farm fresh eggs.  We are always on the lookout for the finest baking ingredients and recently discovered a new “milled in Texas” flour that promises to make our signature crust even better.
